A Master's Degree in Nordic Media is a specialized, interdisciplinary, post-graduate degree offered by the Faculty of Humanities. Using interdisciplinary perspectives from both social sciences and the humanities, you may study the Media Institutions in the Nordic countries, Media Economics and Regulations, Nordic styles in different genres, Freedom of speech and democracy in the Nordic Media. We encourage comparative studies with other media systems in other parts of the world.
The curriculum provides an understanding of different appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methodologies deriving from both the humanities and the social sciences.
