Programme description This programme is about development problems in the South. The programme is for students from developing countries who want particularly relevant theoretical and empirical knowledge. The aims of the programme are to provide you with a thorough theoretical understanding of global inequality and poverty; strengthen your empirical knowledge within selected areas; train you in field methods; and give you an insight into different development strategies and their impact on economic growth, the environment and social development.
