Programme description	The programme will educate professionals in various fields like human resource management, health promotion, international aid, education and research. The degree aims to encourage critical thinking, the ability to work as part of a team, presentation skills, and a pragmatic solution-oriented attitude. Students graduating from this programme will have gained an insight into human relations that can be applied to a variety of situations as managers or workers in an international environment. The programme will give the students the opportunity to specialize in a chosen area of psychology. In the second year of the programme the focus will be on the writing of the thesis and seminars in relation to the specialization the student has chosen. Examples of specializations are: - Cognition - Communication - Health - Multi-culture/minority - Organization & Management
Application deadline	1 December for self-financing applicants. 15 April for citizens from the EU/EEA area + citizens from Switzerland. 15 April for Norwegian/Nordic applicants and applicants with permanent Norwegian residence permit.

Formal prerequisites	A three year Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Cand.mag.degree with "mellomfag" in Psychology or equivalent provides the basis for entrance.
