Leadership & Organizational Psychology

The overall objective of the program is to provide students with an up-to-date knowledge base in research related to leadership and organizational psychology, and how it may be applied to the tasks and challenges of management and leadership in the modern organization.

Classical topics such as work motivation, job satisfaction, health and productivity, and leadership will be covered, as well as more contemporary topics such as decision-making, strategic thinking and creativity in organizations.

Formal prerequisites -Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related areas, OR Undergraduate degree with a major in Psychology, Sociology. More detailed admission requirements are available on the website.


-Applicants who are not native speakers of English may be required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
