Outdoor studies (friluftsliv) one year programme

This one-year programme, offered at our campuses in Bodø and Levanger, will provide students with a thorough introduction to outdoor life as an academic subject. The purpose of the programme is to increase students' understanding of outdoor life as a cultural phenomenon and pass on its values and traditions. Emphasis is placed on practical training in various natural environments. The programme is interdisciplinary and relevant for work in all schools and enterprises that emphasize outdoor life. The study programme also provides a basis for guidance and teaching in different seasons.
