Business Analysis and Performance Management

A good understanding of how different governance mechanisms work is a prerequisite for the entire organisation to work towards the same goals and visions.

Business analysis is the foundation for decisions concerning investments, product- and customer portfolio, pricing, production management and logistics. Financial accounting is a central communication tool towards external stakeholders such as investors and borrowers.

The courses in this major use practical issues and cases as the starting point for introducing theories of accounting, control, supply chain and business economics, supplemented with insights from economics, strategy and organisational behaviour.
